About the Event

Art Farm Event is a free single-day outdoor gathering at The Art Farm in Colorado Springs. The event brings together local music, DJs, live performers, food trucks, vendors, art, and community in a relaxed open-air setting.

Doors open at 5:00 PM so guests can park, explore the vendor village, grab food, and settle in during the pre-show hour. The official show begins at 6:00 PM and continues until 1:00 AM.

This first-year gathering is built around local music, local art, local food, small businesses, and good people coming together in a welcoming farm atmosphere.

Performer Instructions

  • General performer check-in begins at 4:00 PM.
  • Performers must arrive at least 60 minutes before their scheduled performance.
  • Check in with the production team immediately upon arrival.
  • Be ready before the scheduled transition window begins.

Parking and Entry Information

  • Parking opens at 5:00 PM.
  • Do not arrive before parking opens unless you are an approved vendor, performer, volunteer, or staff member.
  • Keep roads, parking lanes, vendor rows, walkways, and emergency-access routes clear.
  • Vehicles may not remain in active guest areas after doors open unless approved by event management.
  • Follow parking volunteers and posted directional signs.
  • Do not park outside designated parking areas.

Vendor Arrival and Event-Day Instructions

Vendor arrival begins at 2:00 PM. All vendors must be fully set up, have vehicles moved, and be ready to serve guests by 5:00 PM.

The 5:00–6:00 PM period is a pre-show hour. Guests may begin parking, purchasing food, and visiting vendor booths before the official show begins.

Vendors are expected to remain open until approximately 11:55 PM. Vendors are welcome to remain on-site and socialize afterward, but 11:55 PM is the minimum requested operating time so guests continue to have access to food, drinks, art, and merchandise throughout the event.

Vendor Requirements

  • Bring your own tent or canopy.
  • Bring tables, chairs, displays, signs, lighting, supplies, and payment equipment.
  • Use proper tent weights or anchors.
  • Bring extension cords only when approved power access has been confirmed.
  • Tents and canopies are not provided by the event.
  • Electricity is available only when requested and confirmed in advance.
  • Keep the booth clean and inside the assigned space.
  • Do not block roads, emergency routes, walkways, parking lanes, or neighboring booths.
  • Safely route or tape down cords.
  • Keep trash contained.
  • Follow all signs and instructions from event staff.
  • Vendors must receive and wear an event wristband upon entry.

Wristbands and Entry

All guests, vendors, performers, volunteers, staff members, and approved participants must receive and wear an event wristband upon entry.

Signs will be posted with instructions for parking, identification checks, wristband pickup, vendor check-in, performer check-in, and guest entry. Please follow all posted instructions and directions from event staff and volunteers.

Entry Requirements

  • This is a 21+ event.
  • Valid government-issued photo identification is required.
  • Wristbands must remain visible while on the property.
  • Wristbands may not be transferred or shared.
  • Entry may be denied when a person refuses to follow check-in or wristband procedures.
  • Unauthorized access to restricted, production, vendor, or private-property areas is prohibited.

  • Do not enter restricted, production, vendor, backstage, residential, or private-property areas.
  • Do not touch sound, lighting, electrical, art, vendor, or production equipment without permission.
  • No climbing on structures, fences, vehicles, stages, equipment, or installations.
  • Keep emergency routes, roads, parking lanes, and walkways clear.
  • Follow all parking and traffic instructions.
  • Use designated trash and sanitation areas.
  • Respect the property, neighbors, staff, performers, vendors, volunteers, and guests.

Incident Reporting & Enforcement

  • Report hazards, injuries, suspicious behavior, or unsafe conditions to event staff immediately.
  • Service may be refused, and anyone violating the rules may be removed from the property.
  • Event details and placements may be adjusted for safety or operational needs.

By entering the property, attendees agree to follow posted rules and event-team instructions. Attendance involves the ordinary risks associated with outdoor events, uneven ground, weather, crowds, amplified sound, lighting, vehicles, equipment, food service, and temporary event structures.

  • Check-in includes coffee, a team meeting, safety briefing, site walk-through, and assignments.
  • Early arrivals receive first choice of assignments.

Is camping available?

No. Art Farm Event is a single-day outdoor event. Camping will not be offered.

Is this a 21+ event?

Yes. This event is 21+ only, and valid government-issued ID will be required at entry.
